We're so sure that you're going to love your purchase from The Contemporary Home, but in the (very, very unlikely) event that you have something you need to return we want to make it as simple and pain free as possible.
Did It Not "Fit The Bill"?
If it's too big/too small/ the colour's not quite right/it was a gift for someone you don't like any more/you've gone on a diet so you don't need a biscuit tin now/ your dog's gone on a diet so you don't need a dog food tin now...etc... In other words the product's fine, it's just not for you, we'll give you a no-quibble refund providing the item's returned within 14 days, in its original packaging and fully resalable.

If it's damaged or faulty, or one of our warehouse guys had a funny five minutes and sent you a lampshade instead of a lunchbox, just give us a call on 02392 469400 or an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll arrange to collect the item from you, or for you to post it back to us (at our expense) and we'll get a replacement one sent out faster than you can say "Now weren't those lovely people at The Contemporary Home helpful and friendly. I really must shop there again soon".
