In other words the product's fine, it's just not for you, we'll give you a no-quibble refund providing the item's returned within 14 days, in its original packaging and fully resalable.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) to us, unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly dispatched item. You can return an item to us, via the method of your choice, please obtain proof of postage. Please repack your item with care using the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

Don't forget to drop us a line first or to include a note letting us know why you're returning it as it makes everything run much more smoothly at our end and means you'll get your money back nice and quickly.
